Adults in the far Northwest Valley who are stroke survivors, have Parkinson's, are in the beginning to moderate stages of dementia, or have intellectual disabilities, and for those who are aging in place

Provides health care, therapeutic activities, socialization, and a hot noon meal for adults who are stroke survivors, have Parkinson's, are in the beginning to moderate stages of dementia, or have intellectual disabilities, and for those who are aging in place. Offers respite care for caregivers.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Program Fees:

Vary; Accepts ALTCS, VA benefit, and private pay
