Intake Process:
Call for intake appointment. Must provide a report of physical exam indicating disability.
Description:
Provides opportunities for youth age 14 and older and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to increase independence in daily activities, facilitate community participation, and work on social skills.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Program Fees:
Fixed; accepts DDD, Vocational Rehabilitation, and self-pay
