Provides assistance to seniors and people with disabilities to help them increase their independent living skills. The goal is for them to stay in their own homes rather than in institutional settings. Services are offered in their homes or in the community.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm administration; 24-hours services in home

None if enrolled with contracted provider
