Eligibility:

Adults age 18 and older who are at least 24 hours sober. MVD documents for DUI, referral documents, 2 forms of ID, proof of health coverage if any and proof of income if self-pay.

Intake Process:

Call or visit website for intake. Application and assessment required before treatment plan creation.

Description:

Offers an intensive outpatient behavioral health program including assessment, 12-step participation, individual and group therapy, and holistic treatment encouraging traditional spiritual practices. Offers co-dependency and family services including individual counseling, couple counseling, PTSD/trauma counseling, and parent education. Provides services for victims of domestic violence and for offenders. Offers DUI screening, DUI education, and DUI education and treatment programs. Offers a process therapy group to prevent substance abuse relapse and substance abuse treatment.

Mon-Thu 8am-9pm administration; Mon-Thu 9am-5pm intake
