Adoptees whose adoption was finalized in Arizona, and their adoptive parents, birth parents and siblings

Description:

Certifies and monitors Confidential Intermediaries who facilitate contact between parties of an adoption. The search can be initiated by birth or adoptive parents, birth siblings, or adult adoptees. Identifying information is exchanged only upon mutual consent of the involved parties. With a court order, non-identifying medical information may be forwarded, even if the adoptee is a minor. Searches usually take 3-4 months.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Program Fees:

Maximum allowable fees: initial appointment $100, research $50 per hour, plus expenses. Certification and renewal fees vary.
