Description:
Provides free cell phone text messages each week to pregnant woman and those with a new baby. The messages are designed to promote maternal and child health and are timed to the due date or baby's date of birth. Includes information on prenatal care, emotional well-being, drugs and alcohol, smoking cessation, birth defect prevention, labor and delivery, breastfeeding, car seat safety, exercise and fitness, developmental milestones, safe sleep, family violence, and more.

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Eastern Time

None for information; most cell phone companies do not charge for the text
