Eligibility:
Men age 18 and older with substance use disorders
Intake Process:

Description:
Provides outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for men with substance use disorders. Treatment includes individual, group, and family counseling; peer support; psychiatric services; primary health care; and acupuncture. Participants receive assistance with resume writing, interview preparation, time management, and other employment support. Includes child care for youth age 6 and younger.

Sliding scale for income eligible; accepts AHCCCS, Medicare, and private insurance

English, Spanish; other languages by arrangement
