Description:
Assists hospitals, clinics, and providers to implement Newborn Hearing Screening, and provides referral and follow-up through the Arizona Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Program (AzEHDI). Provides limited hearing screening equipment for hospitals, clinics, offices, and schools in Arizona.

Mon-Thu 7am-3:30pm and by appointment
