Intake Process:
Call; messages returned no later than next business day. Must provide prescription if special meals are required.
Description:
Delivers nutritious meals to Sun City and Youngtown residents who, because of special health problems, are unable to shop and/or prepare their own meals. If special diet is required, it must be ordered in writing by a physician.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 9am-1pm administration; meals delivered daily 11am-12:30pm, including holidays
Program Fees:
$9.50 per day for 2 meals
