Adults age 18 and older

Intake Process:

Call for information and fill out application for services. Membership is not necessary to receive services.

Description:

Provides services for seniors including a legal advocate, Medicare specialist, and educational classes. Prescott Valley Active Adult Center offers adult recreation programs. Offers perishable food for seniors and families in need. Provides low cost congregate meals. Meals on Wheels delivers meals to seniors who are homebound.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am-4pm; Mon-Fri 11am-12:30pm congregate meals; Mon-Fri 10am-noon Meals on Wheels; Mon-Fri 11am-2pm food pantry and commodities; activities, events, and classes vary

Program Fees:

$30 annual membership dues; activity fees vary

Wishlist:

Accepts monetary donations and donations for thrift shop and building. Current needs include tablecloths, utility carts, and a salad bar.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteers serve as drivers and recreational facilitators. Volunteers also assist with special events and office duties, kitchen and food services, meal delivery, and thrift shop duties.
