Description:
Provides outpatient health care for children and youth with special health care needs. Services include primary care, specialty care, rehabilitative therapies, and behavioral health services. Available in person and through telehealth.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Program Fees:
Fixed; accepts AHCCCS and most private insurance

Adult volunteers assist with weekly patient/family services, special events, adaptive recreation, pet therapy, and more.
