Description:

Provides cancer patients and their families with bags containing educational and support materials. The information can be used at diagnosis and throughout the cancer journey. Includes resources on nutrition, talking to doctors, glossary of terms, quality-of-life issues, dealing with emotions, and coping. Offers separate bags for English and Spanish. They can be ordered online and are also distributed through oncology doctors, hospitals, and support groups. The online resource center provides downloadable materials and links to additional resources. Hosts an annual conference for professionals.

Volunteer Opportunities:
