Description:
Provides monthly support group and information about the late effects of polio for post-polio survivors, their families, and interested professionals. Meetings held virtually. Offers small grants to purchase needed durable goods. Mails information packets. Also presents Post Polio 101 classes to create awareness within the medical and general community.

2nd Sat Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct meetings

None for information; $15 optional annual membership dues
