Call for intake
Description:
Provides hospice services for adults with a terminal illness, and their families and friends. Comprehensive team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, bereavement counselors, and home health aides. Services are provided in-home, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. Also provided in a short-term inpatient facility and at Kanmar Place, a hospice home which provides more specialized in-patient care.

Volunteers provide companionship to patients and help with office, educational, and other non-medical services.
