Description:

Provides foster care for companion animals whose owners are experiencing a crisis. The crisis may be domestic violence, homelessness, incarceration, mental or physical illness, or natural disaster; when ended, the owner will be reunited with their companion animal. Includes cats, dogs, birds, ferrets, fish, pocket pets, rabbits, reptiles, snakes, tarantulas, etc. Animals must be spayed/neutered and current on all shots. Dogs must be licensed. Does not allow owner visits, but encourages phone calls.

24-hours

Program Fees:

$2 per day for cats, $45 per month for most dogs. Discounts may be available for multi-pet families and owners with disabilities. Fee includes pick-up and return of animal.

Accepts donations of towels, blankets, and dog and cat beds. Also accepts monetary donations for veterinary care.
