Description:
Provides mortgage payment assistance for homeowners experiencing financial hardship statewide. Also provides housing and credit counseling to prepare qualified homebuyers for mortgage approval, counseling and assistance for mortgage loan modification, and refinance assistance. HUD-certified housing counseling agency.
Hours:
Mon-Thu 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4pm
Program Fees:
None for home buyer and mortgage assistance counseling; $150 for lender modification and reverse mortgage counseling; $350 for loan refinance
