Eligibility:

Adults in Tucson age 60 and older with health issues who are in need of placement due to a major crisis

Intake Process:

*BUILDING IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. SERVICES AVAILABLE BY PHONE* Call, email, visit office, or visit website

Description:

Provides short-term emergency care home placement and shelter for older adults in crisis. Includes case management and safety planning.

Hours:

Mon-Thu 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4pm administration; 24-hours crisis line
