Eligibility:
Homeless and near-homeless youth ages 12-24 for outreach services; homeless youth ages 18-24 for transitional housing. Accepts individuals, couples, and those who are pregnant and parenting.

Description:
Provides outreach and support services for homeless and near-homeless youth and young adults. Community-based service; will meet youth at a school, park, or the office. Also provides transitional housing for young adults. Program includes case management, counseling, assistance with basic needs such as food, clothing, emergency shelter, and referrals to other services.
Hours:
Mon-Thu 9am-5pm administration
