Intake Process:
Call for registration to a program orientation class; must bring photo ID, Social Security number, one month proof on income, and two months of bank statements
Description:
Provides workshops in English and Spanish for people who are considering purchasing a home. Includes information on homeownership, mortgage requirements, and pre-purchase counseling services. Services also include financial assistance for down payment and closing costs to first-time homebuyers and other homebuyers who do not currently own property. Also provides credit repair counseling and financial literacy classes to the general public. HUD-certified housing counseling agency.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm administration; class times vary
Program Fees:
$27.35 for credit report, plus other fees
