Residents of long-term care facilities (such as assisted living and skilled nursing facilities) in Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, and Santa Cruz Counties

Description:
Visits residents at skilled nursing and assisted living facilities to talk with them about any concerns and to advocate for their rights and quality care. Attempts to resolve any complaints.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
