TIHAN Link Support: Information, Referral & Advocacy

Eligibility:

People who are living with HIV

Intake Process:

Call and ask for a Link Specialist or call for appointment for an in-person appointment

Description:

Provides information, referrals, support, and advocacy to people living with HIV. May provide referrals to financial assistance for living expenses. Also provides care packages of toiletry items and cleaning supplies, regular check-in calls, and transportation assistance.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm administration; program hours vary
