Eligibility:
Men and women who have recently released from prison, are on pre-release, and are on parole or probation that have felony convictions that didn't go to prison. Must have substance use issues within the last year.

Description:
Provides reentry services for adults. Services include intensive case management, and assistance with resumes and employment applications. May also provide referrals to work clothing and job training programs.
