Eligibility:

Adults who are court-ordered to attend

Intake Process:

Call to register after payment has been made; must have a referral from the court

Description:

Provides court-ordered child custody and parenting time mediation to those who are in the process of divorce, post-decree, or never married parents. Also provides conciliation counseling for couples considering divorce or reconciliation. Offers program to educate parents about the impact of divorce and separation on children, the importance of continued involvement of both parents after family restructuring, and the effects of court involvement on the lives of children and families. Provides an alternate dispute resolution program in the form of mediation which assists the contesting parties in reaching a mutually acceptable settlement of their differences. All services are available in English and Spanish.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Program Fees:

$30; fee must be paid before registration
