Description:
Court uses the one family, one judge approach to streamline case management and increase the use of mediation. Provides an alternate dispute resolution program in the form of mediation which assists the contesting parties in reaching a mutually acceptable settlement of their differences. Provides a 30-minute consultation with an attorney and pre-filing meetings through the Family Law Assistance Program (FLAP).
