Arizona Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program

Eligibility:

Seniors age 60 and older with income at or below 185% of the annual poverty income guidelines or participating in the Commodity Senior Food Program (CSFP)

Intake Process:

Call or visit website to find locations for participating senior farmers markets. Visit the information booth at the farmers market and ask for the Senior Self Declaration Form. If participating in the Commodity Senior Food Program, must show yellow CSFP card at information booth.

Description:

Provides seniors with a $50 coupon booklet that can be spent on fresh, Arizona-grown produce at approved farmers markets and farm stands.

Hours:

24-hours website. Season starts Feb 1st, last day to collect coupons is Sep 30th, and last day to spend coupons is Nov 15th; hours vary by site
