Children and adults with developmental disabilities as defined by state statutes (autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, intellectual disability, epilepsy); must be an Arizona resident

Description:
Coordinates services for people with developmental disabilities based on assessed need, and in some cases available funds. Services may include attendant care, day treatment and training, employment services, habilitation, home health aide, home nursing, home modifications, homemaking, intermediate care facilities for the intellectually disabled, medical services, nursing facility, respiratory therapy, respite, therapies, or transportation.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm administration; 24-hours website
