Description:

Helpline connects people with disabilities to information to improve their access to COVID-19 vaccines. Provides information on local vaccination sites, testing, and accessible transportation; and assists callers with making vaccination appointments. Also answers questions about the vaccines, and provides referrals for additional needs such as food, housing, and transportation.

Mon-Fri 8am-9pm Eastern Time
