Description:

Provides integrated wellness and behavioral health care. Offers family-centered services for youth ages 2-17 based on the Arizona 12 Principles. Services include youth and family outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment, intensive in-home support for families, Autism Spectrum family support services, psychiatric evaluation, psychiatric medication management, and care coordination. Serves as a family resource center.

Hours:

Mon-Thu 8:30am-5:30pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm; after hours and weekends by appointment

Vary; accepts AHCCCS, private insurance, and self-pay
