Eligibility:
Teens and adults age 11-34 and their families who are struggling with mental health and/or substance use issues; Internet access required and capacity to engage in group therapy (maturity level/ IQ).

Description:
Provides virtual/telehealth intensive outpatient program for teens and young adults aged 11-34 years of age. Services include individual, group and family therapy, support groups, family support groups, and psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Connects clients with similar lived experiences in group therapy. Safe space for the LGBTQIA, BIPOC and Neurodivergent patient populations.

Mon-Sat 8am-7pm; Sun 8am-7pm
