Description:

Provides crisis shelter up to 120 days and supportive services for adults and their children who are fleeing domestic violence, sexual assault or human trafficking. Offers case management, lay legal and individual advocacy, and referrals to participants. Pet Companion Center offers shelter for pets of families in the shelter.

Accepts monetary donations and donations of clothing, blankets, towels, diapers, hygiene products, furniture, and household goods. Current needs include new pillows, bath towels, twin blankets, feminine hygiene products, men's and women's underwear, and car seats.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteers educate the general public about domestic violence and the agency, help with donation drives and pick-up, work in the kitchen or with facilities, help at the Donation Center, directly serve families in shelter by spending time on-site supporting them, and assist staff with daily operations.
