Youth ages 7-18 nationwide with moderate to severe crooked teeth, good oral hygiene, not already wearing braces, and household income at or below 225% of the Federal Poverty Guide Lines

Provides referrals to local, low cost orthodontic treatment for motivated youth from families on low income.

Tue-Fri 1pm-3pm Central Time by phone
Program Fees:
$30 application fee, plus $650 program fee if approved
