Eligibility:

Adults with psychiatric and/or substance use disorders in Cochise, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, and Yuma counties. Must be on AHCCCS.

Description:

Provides health education for adults with psychiatric and/or substance use disorders in Southern Arizona. Program is held in-person in various locations and virtually. Includes meals, classes, peer support, and opportunities to earn incentives based on achievement of individualized goals. Classes include information on life skills, nutrition, cooking skills, physical activity, mindfulness, time management, budgeting, and stress management. Alumni activities and support are available.

Mon-Fri 8:45am-3:30pm
