Description:
Educates the public and medical professionals about issues faced by people with cardiovascular disease including diagnosis and management. The Save Hearts in Arizona Registry and Education (SHARE) Program promotes a comprehensive, standardized system of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest care. The Arizona Cardiovascular Coalition is a collaborative of health care professionals, management care organizations, community stakeholders, civic leaders, and media representatives working to improve the care of people with cardiovascular disease.
