People impacted by natural disaster. For financial assistance due to a natural disaster, the caller will need an incident number from the responding fire department.

Provides international tracing and helps re-establish communication between family members who have been separated by foreign armed crisis. Also provides youth-oriented programs such as the global measles rubella initiative.
