Bread of Life Mission of Holbrook

Eligibility:

Men, women, and women with children; must be clean and sober; does not accept registered sex offenders

Intake Process:

Call or visit shelter. Initial drug and alcohol testing required and random testing thereafter.

Description:

Provides faith-based emergency shelter for men, women, and women with children. Includes meals, showers, clothing, and case management. Attendance at the chapel service is encouraged, but not required. Offers an optional one year discipleship/recovery program for men and women. Offers food boxes, when available, to people in need.

Program Fees:

For those with income, a maximum contribution of $210/month or 30% of income, whichever is less. Participation in the Fresh Start Program will earn the contributions back.

Accepts monetary donations and donations of clothing, household goods, office supplies, cleaning supplies, food, and lumber. May pick up donations.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteers help with office duties, meal preparation and serving, yard maintenance, sorting donations, teaching, and special projects. Accepts court ordered community service.
