People ages 16 and older who are legally blind. Must be mentally and physically capable of caring for and working with a dog.

Description:
Provides free guide dog and orientation and mobility training for people ages 16 and older who are legally blind and those who are deaf-blind. Transportation and room and board provided. Offers a summer camp for youth ages 16 and 17 who are legally blind.
