Provides inpatient rehabilitative health care for adolescents and adults.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm administration; 24-hours facility

Program Fees:

Fixed; accepts AHCCCS, Medicare, and most private insurance

Languages:

English, Spanish; other languages through phone interpreter service
