People in Apache or Navajo County with low income and those that are homeless

Description:

Provides services for individuals and families in Apache or Navajo County who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Site for coordinated entry into housing. Services include homelessness prevention and rapid rehousing. Also provides permanent supportive housing for individual and families experiencing chronic homelessness and who have disabilities or serious mental illness. Provides intake for utility assistance for firewood, natural gas, electricity, and water. Offers food boxes to people in need. Thrift store sells donated clothing and household goods to the general public.

Hours:

Mon-Thu 9am-2pm office and thrift store; 1st, 3rd Wed 9am-2pm food boxes
