Eligibility:

People age 16 and older in good health, who weigh at least 110 pounds; parental/guardian consent required for people ages 16-17. Must bring photo ID.

Intake Process:

Call or visit website for donor center locations and to make appointment

Description:

Collects whole blood, platelets, and plasma from volunteer donors from sites throughout Arizona. It is processed, tested, and supplied to hospitals and clinics statewide. Also collects self-donations of blood from patients prior to scheduled surgery through the Autologous Program.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 7am-6pm administration; 24-hours by phone; hours vary at donor centers

None to donate; various handling fees apply to autologous program
