Eligibility:
All ages or stage of an acquired brain injury, such as stroke, concussion, brain tumor, traumatic brain injury, anoxia, hypoxia and those who are experiencing cognitive changes after a brain accident, injury, or illness. Veterans, those who experience interpersonal violence, people with substance misuse issues, and individuals who are justice-involved or homeless.

Provides statewide care coordination services, programs, and support for those living with a brain injury and their families. Offers information addressing the importance of brain health and wellness through brain injury prevention, advocacy, and education. Manages a statewide Neuro-Infoline that connects callers with personalized and vetted brain injury-specific providers and resources.
